Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for joining the Mekis Natural & Organic Store Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read these terms carefully before promoting Mekis Natural & Organic Store products.
1. Eligibility for the Program
- Affiliates must be 18 years or older.
- Affiliates must have an active website, blog, or social media account relevant to the beard care and grooming niche.
- Mekis Natural & Organic Store reserves the right to accept or deny any affiliate application.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates are responsible for promoting Mekis Natural & Organic Store products ethically and professionally.
- Affiliates must avoid using offensive, misleading, or deceptive promotional tactics.
- Affiliates may not engage in any activity that could harm Mekis Natural & Organic Store’s reputation, such as SPAM or unsolicited promotions.
- Affiliates must disclose their affiliate relationship with Mekis Natural & Organic Store in compliance with FTC guidelines (for U.S.-based affiliates) or applicable local regulations.
3. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes
- Affiliates will receive a unique referral link and/or coupon code for tracking sales.
- Affiliate links and codes must be used accurately to ensure sales are tracked and credited appropriately.
- Self-referrals are not allowed; affiliates may not use their own links or codes to make purchases.
4. Commission Rates and Payments
- Affiliates will earn a commission of 20% on each sale made through their unique referral link or code.
- Commissions are calculated based on the final sale price, excluding taxes, discounts, and shipping fees.
- Payments are made monthly via Mpesa once the minimum payout threshold of KES 1,000 is met.
- Any returns or refunds will result in a reversal of the associated commission.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not bid on keywords containing “Mekis Natural & Organic Store” or variations of the brand name in search engine marketing campaigns.
- Affiliates may not create social media pages or websites that mimic Mekis Natural & Organic Store without prior authorization.
- Any use of fraudulent tactics, such as cookie-stuffing or link manipulation, will result in immediate termination from the program.
6. Termination and Suspension
- Mekis Natural & Organic Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account at any time if the affiliate breaches these terms or engages in unethical behavior.
- Affiliates can terminate their participation by providing written notice to Mekis Natural & Organic Store.
- Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited.
7. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use Mekis Natural & Organic Store logos and approved images solely for promotional purposes.
- Affiliates may not alter or misrepresent Mekis Natural & Organic Store trademarks, logos, or brand assets.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Mekis Natural & Organic Store is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from participation in the affiliate program.
- Mekis Natural & Organic Store makes no representation that the operation of the affiliate program will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Modification of Terms
- Mekis Natural & Organic Store reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or the affiliate dashboard.
- Continued participation in the program after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
By joining and promoting Mekis Natural & Organic Store’s affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
