We majory use third party courier services like,Matatu Saccos offices, G4S,Independent riders etc.
We urge our customers to input their convenient courier, during the checkout phase, that is available near their location for easier and faster delivery,
Standard delivery fees ranges from 109Ksh – 499Ksh,depending on location of our customers and size/weight of the orders
Lets assume our repeat customer ,Jane ,from Eldoret,places an order with us,here is how she usually receives her order
- We receive a notification that,Jane,ordered Product A
- We wrap, and confirm all the shipping details are correct
- Then the order is dropped next day, at Easy Coach courier office in Nairobi
- Then the courier ships it to Eldoret easy coach courier offices
- She gets a notification that her package arrived and its ready to be picked
- She heads to courier office and picks her order
- We confirm her order is complete
- Thats it
